Our auditing and certification process is designed to ensure transparency, integrity, and value for our clients: 

A- Requirement Collection – We begin by gathering all necessary information and requirements based on the client’s needs and current data. 

B-Commercial Proposal – Once the information is collected, KMC issues a commercial proposal detailing the certification process, scope, applicable accreditation, and pricing tailored to the client.

C-Agreement & Confirmation – Upon approval of the proposal, KMC issues the formal agreement from the respective entity and provides official confirmation to the client. 

D-Two-Stage Audit Process Stage I – System Review / Desk Audit: Our expert auditors review the client’s documented systems to evaluate readiness and compliance. Stage II – Certification Audit: This is the main audit, which determines the certification outcome based on the implemented system. Audit Scheduling & Implementation Gap. 

E-We maintain a minimum gap of 14 days to 6 months between Stage I and Stage II audits, allowing clients to enhance their system implementation. The timing of the second audit depends on the client’s readiness and the outcome of the first audit. 

F-Feedback Collection – After each audit, we collect feedback from clients to continuously improve our auditing and certification process, ensuring that our services meet client expectations and deliver maximum value. 

G-Certification Assessment & Review – Each certification is thoroughly assessed and reviewed through our structured process, ensuring the highest integrity, credibility, and compliance throughout.
